Introduction

From the deepest bass to the sweetest highs, the Stellar S300 makes any loudspeaker sing. This full-sized, affordable stereo power amplifier combines the slam and linearity of a Class D output stage with the warmth and detailed richness of a Class A Analog Cell input stage—liberating untapped energy in your music for an effortless, lush, and expansive performance.

Design

The S300 features a dual-mono architecture—each channel has its own power supply and amplification stage based on a modern Class D ICE module. Ultra-linear, high-current Class D delivers authoritative control with near-perfect efficiency, while the discrete Class A MOSFET Analog Cell input stage preserves warmth, inner detail, and micro-dynamics for a rich, engaging sonic character.

Application

Rated at 140 watts per channel into 8 Ω and 300 watts per channel into 4 Ω—and stable down to 2 Ω—the S300 effortlessly drives demanding loudspeakers to concert-level dynamics. Slip it into any system to reveal nuances and details previously obscured by traditional amplifiers, and enjoy a soundstage that’s deep, wide, and life-like.

Technology Overview

At the heart of the S300 is the proprietary Analog Cell: a fully differential, zero-feedback, Class A MOSFET circuit hand-tuned to capture micro-dynamics without sacrificing macro-dynamics. Combined with the ultra-low-impedance Class D output stage, the design offers powerful control and a perfectly layered soundstage—even during complex musical passages. Output filters extend frequency response to about 50 kHz (well beyond human hearing), ensuring low distortion, high damping factor, and minimal heat production.
