Introduction
Our most powerful compact AC regenerator, the PerfectWave PowerPlant 12 (P12) takes your incoming AC power, converts it to DC, and then regenerates it into pure, sine-wave-perfect, high-current AC. In the process, problems such as low voltage, distorted waveforms, sagging power, and noise are completely eliminated. The P12 delivers dramatically improved dynamics, deeper bass, and a much wider, more open soundstage than any passive power conditioner, all while providing extraordinary protection for your connected equipment.
Design
The P12 features eight outlets (US version) arranged across four separately switchable zones, each powered via thick copper busbars to ensure equal, distortion-free delivery. State-of-the-art clamping devices protect against incoming surges and spikes, and a fully regulated output safeguards against large voltage swings. With an ultra-low output impedance of 0.008 Ω, even the most power-hungry amplifiers never starve for current.

Technology Overview
Power regeneration in the P12 uses an analog power amplifier and a pure DSD FPGA-based sine-wave generator to rebuild AC from scratch. Incoming mains are first converted to DC, then faithfully regenerated into a perfect sine wave. Low output impedance maintains dynamic control even during demanding passages, while MultiWave technology extends the sine-wave peak for greater energy storage and reduced ripple. A full-color, 4.3″ touchscreen provides real-time monitoring of incoming and outgoing distortion, THD levels, power consumption, and allows adjustment of turn-on sequencing, output voltage, and zone switching.
